What it does

Granola is a meeting notepad, not a meeting bot: it captures system audio directly on your Mac or Windows machine, so nothing joins the call, and no participant sees a recording notice from a third-party attendee.

You type rough notes during the meeting; afterward Granola merges them with the transcript into a clean summary that keeps your emphasis. Templates shape output for 1:1s, interviews, sales calls.

The free Basic tier caps stored meeting history. Business at $14/user/mo adds unlimited history and integrations with Notion, HubSpot, Slack, and Zapier; Enterprise at $35/user/mo adds SSO and training opt-out.
