Granola

Meeting notepad that merges your notes with AI's

We added this listing ourselves; its maker did not submit it. Are you the maker? Send it through the launch form and say you made it. There is no self-serve claim yet: a person reads it and replies to the address you give.

Desktop notepad that transcribes meetings from system audio — no bot joins the call — and blends your typed notes with the transcript into a polished summary. Free tier with capped history; Business $14/user/mo.

What it does

Granola is a meeting notepad, not a meeting bot: it captures system audio directly on your Mac or Windows machine, so nothing joins the call, and no participant sees a recording notice from a third-party attendee.

You type rough notes during the meeting; afterward Granola merges them with the transcript into a clean summary that keeps your emphasis. Templates shape output for 1:1s, interviews, sales calls.

The free Basic tier caps stored meeting history. Business at $14/user/mo adds unlimited history and integrations with Notion, HubSpot, Slack, and Zapier; Enterprise at $35/user/mo adds SSO and training opt-out.

From the AXIS Launch team

The no-bot architecture is the whole product: it removes the social awkwardness that kills notetaker adoption in external meetings, and merging human notes with the transcript respects what you thought was important. If you're the maker: how do you think about consent norms when no visible bot is present?
