AXIS Launch List your app

For acquirers

Browse anonymized, verified listings, apply for bidder access, and see full data rooms before you bid — free to browse, free to bid.

No auctions are live yet, and bidder applications aren't automated. The four-step process below is the real plan. Once a listing is genuinely auction-ready, apply for access by messaging Jonathan Arvay on LinkedIn directly with your background and budget band — that's reviewed by hand until there's enough volume to justify building the real intake form.

How the marketplace works

Every app for sale is listed publicly and anonymized first: asking price, revenue and churn metrics, deal type, and verification badges. No company name, no founder identity, no contact details — that layer is built to be found by acquisition-intent search, not to reveal who's selling.

When a listing interests you, you move through four steps to get to the real data.

  1. Browse anonymized, verified listings at /auctions.
  2. Apply for bidder access with your background and budget band.
  3. Get NDA'd and qualified by an admin.
  4. See the full data room and submit a sealed bid.

Bids above reserve are binding. See the auction rules.

What verification means

Three badges tell you what's actually been checked, and by whom. The full published standard for each is at /verification.

Deal types

All transactions on AXIS Launch are asset sales or IP licenses. We never list equity or stock.

Fees

Buyers pay nothing to browse or bid, at any deal size.

Closing and escrow

All deals close via Escrow.com. We never hold funds.

After a winning bid or accepted buy-it-now, both sides sign a letter of intent, then an asset purchase agreement or license agreement from our templates, which are drafts until an attorney has reviewed them. An admin then opens the Escrow.com transaction with a 7-day inspection period: the buyer funds escrow, the seller transfers the assets, and escrow releases once the buyer accepts or the window lapses.

Apply for bidder access

There is no application form and no online NDA step yet. To request bidder access, message Jonathan Arvay on LinkedIn with your name, email, entity, budget band, acquisition experience and the categories you're targeting. Each request is read by hand before access is granted.

FAQ

How is "verified" actually verified?

Every badge maps to one specific, published check that an admin performs personally — a live revenue-dashboard screen-share, a government ID and LinkedIn check, or a confirmed PAID connection. None of it is automated pattern-matching on self-reported numbers. The full standard for each badge is published at /verification.

Can I remain anonymous while browsing?

Yes. Reading the site needs no account and asks you nothing. You say who you are only when you ask for bidder access (see Apply for bidder access above). Listings will be anonymized the other way too: no company name, founder identity or contact details.

Can I prove I have funds before I bid?

You can. Email a redacted bank or brokerage statement and an admin verifies it manually, then shares a "Verified up to $X" note with the seller on request. The statement itself is never stored or shown to anyone — only that number.
