What it does

HeyMilo deploys AI voice agents that conduct two-way screening interviews: candidates take the call whenever suits them, the agent asks role-specific questions and probes follow-ups, and recruiters receive transcripts with structured evaluations.

It fits high-volume hiring — hourly, healthcare, logistics — where screening hundreds of applicants by phone is the bottleneck and slow screening loses candidates to faster employers.

The company raised $2.2M in early 2025. Pricing is quote-based against interview volume; teams screening 50+ candidates monthly are the practical fit.

From the AXIS Launch team

Any-hour screening genuinely serves shift workers who can't take recruiter calls at 2pm, which is a fairness improvement hiding inside an efficiency tool. If you claim this: what do candidate-side satisfaction and drop-off rates look like once applicants realize the interviewer is an AI?
