Metaview
Interview notes written for recruiters, synced to ATS
Joins interviews, transcribes, and writes structured notes in your team's hiring format, pushed straight to the ATS. Free for the first 5 interviews; Core $20/user/mo for unlimited. AI sourcing add-on available.
What it does
Metaview is a notetaker specialized for recruiting: it joins interviews and intake calls, transcribes them, and produces notes structured around hiring workflows — competencies, requirements, candidate claims — formatted to your templates and synced to the ATS.
Specialization is the differentiator versus generic meeting tools: outputs are built for hiring decisions and debriefs, not generic summaries.
The first 5 interviews are free with full functionality; Core runs $20/user/mo for unlimited interviews and integrations, and an AI Sourcing add-on at $100/user/mo runs continuous candidate searches.
From the AXIS Launch team
Vertical-specific notes are the right wedge — a hiring debrief needs competency evidence, not a generic summary, and generic notetakers can't produce it. If you're the maker: how do structured note templates handle interviewers who go off-script entirely?
